This page explains what Malibu Club collects when you apply, what we do with it, and what we never do with it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
What we collect
What you type into the application: your first name, age, country and city, your email, your WhatsApp number, your social handles, and your answers about experience, availability and the kind of content you are willing to make. We also record how you found us — the page you landed on and the campaign or referral it came from.
Why we collect it
To decide whether we can introduce you to a management partner, and to contact you about your application. That is the whole purpose.
Who sees it
Malibu Club staff, and — only if you consent — management partners we introduce you to. When a partner sees your profile, they see your age, country, availability, English level, experience and the content terms you set. They do not see your name, your email, your phone number or your social handles until you agree to be introduced.
Verification codes
We send a six-digit code to your email and to your phone to confirm they are yours. Codes expire after a short time and are stored only as an unreadable hash.
What we never do
We do not publish your application anywhere. We do not sell your details. We do not post your photos or your handles publicly.
18+ only
Malibu Club is for adults. If you tell us you are under 18 the application stops immediately and no profile is created.
Your choices
You can stop at any point. You can ask us to delete your application and we will. Marketing messages are optional and separate — you can opt out at any time without affecting your application.
